If you're here, you are obviously experiencing some issues with the web site. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We have an interest in giving you the best web experience possible, so here are some tips on how to get any problems resolved:

First of all, the web assistance team has this suggestion for you:

"We first suggest the normal steps of clearing their cache (temporary files) and cookies, logging out of their Marriott Bonvoy account online, then close all browser windows before trying again. Please note that clearing cookies may also remove any stored passwords in the browser.

It is important for them to log out to ensure no bad/old data is saved and so that the online account has a chance to refresh.

You may already be aware of this, but note that cache and cookies are 2 different things. The cache memory is what remembers old content for faster page loading and may cause errors after updates. Cookies are mostly only meant for tracking during the current session. Both can still remember old errors that may have existed in the browser."

You should also be aware that being on a VPN sometimes interferes with your browsing experience. Try browsing without being on a VPN and see if this fixes the issue.

If none of this resolves your issue(s), you can you can send an email to [email protected] along with any screenshots leading up to and including the error message.

It also helps if you include the following information in your email:

-What browser(s) have you tried? Is the issue happening over multiple browsers or just one?
-Are you using a desktop/laptop or a mobile device?
-If you are using mobile device does this issue persist when on a desktop/laptop?

Once we have this information, we can forward it on to the web assistance team for further review, so please be as complete as possible.

If you are having an issue with any of the Marriott Bonvoy apps, you can send the following information directly to the Marriott Bonvoy App team at [email protected]:

-What device and operating system are you using?
-What version of our app do you have installed?
-What is the problem you have encountered?

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times now. Unfortunately I can't even log into the app to log out. A right kerfuffle.
Sounds like the cached data is what is causing the error. At least on Androids, uninstalling an app does not clear the cached data so the reinstalled app finds the previous data. Presuming both accounts had the same email address, you might try going on the website and change the email and try that to access the account. Otherwise, digging in to clear the cache (I use Android Assistant but don't know the native steps) may work.

Okay. So how long until the Marriott site can remember my username? I mean, how basic is this?

Here are the screenshots from both the Mobile App and the Website. I canít see any activity on the App past 9/18 on the App and the website just gives me an error message. The good news is my points balance continues to increase ó I just canít see any detail of my activity.

What is the consensus? Do I just wait for a few weeks and hope they fix these issues? Or is there a department I should report it to?

Also curious if anyone else is experiencing these issues.

Well, this is bloody awful. I'm trying to make a booking but next month in Stockholm. Marriott.com gives me rates for several hotels, but doesn't display the name of the hotels. I tried in both the Chrome and Safari browsers.

I just checked your same search and it does list property names now. I can't imagine a change that call for property names to go away as part of the merger so probably just a random error. What I have seen in the past with other sites that go through a design change and they throw up a background that is the same color as the text (thus appears to have been dropped). So a trick I've learned to try is highlight the text area to see if the text is really there.

Take a closer look at the screenshot-- there are commas where the property names should be. This isn't a simple color HTML code error.

Yet again this shows Marriott IT doesn't appear to have a test platform and instead is doing everything on their production system.

Well, if you're just looking for a personal meeting space in the dynamic city of Stockholm, I think Marriott has shown you all you need to know!

What browser are you using?
  • I use MS Edge for my Marriott account and it remembers my account number but not my password. After clicking on the password box, I go back to the account number box and it auto-fills the password.
  • I use Chrome for my Starwood account and it remembers my account number and my password.
  • I use Safari on iPad for my Starwood account and it remembers account number and password.

Here's the latest one I've hit: WRONG prices on Marriott.com.

I'm looking at booking the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk. Marriott.com was showing $287/night, which is terribly excessive for that run-down property. For reference, the last Best Western I stayed in was far nicer and better-maintained. When it kicks me over to SPG.com to book, I'm shown the price grid and there isn't anything remotely that expensive. Even the most expensive room listed (a suite) is $234, with regular rooms showing $161.

Seriously Marriott, WTH? If I was a hotelier and that's how my property was showing up on Marriott.com, I'd be livid, as I know darn well people are seeing that $287 and booking elsewhere.

Can't get onto main website Marriott or SPG from my computer for past hour. Every other website works so it is not my computer or network. Tried with and without VPN. My apps work but again only partially as not all hotels load (no SPG legacy props in London still...).

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.marriott.com/default.mi" on this server.Reference #18.c1ede3a.1539161715.1f095fde

And they tell New York Times that 99% of everything is working?! Mine is 50% working potentially at most.
