I was born and grew up in Voonezh. I saw the place when they were still building it a year ago. That thing makes the city center to look so weird and ugly now.

the views are nice and the rooms are large + decent overall except no bathtubs in any rooms but suites

Club Lounge does not seem to be operating, they just give you breakfast in the restaurant and some drinks / snacks at bar

possible to park on the street behind hotel at night

it is a fairly classy hotel in the centre of town and cheap by world standards
