Protea Hotel Constantine - Algeria [Master Thread]
Opening November 2017. Cat 2. So now there's a limited service brand, in addition to the full service Marriott in Constantine.

This is an older post but just wanted to say Constantine is absolutely a stunning destination. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. And within a 2 hour drive from TWO sites that would have millions of tourists per year if they were a few hundred km north of where they are: UNESCO World Heritage sites/Roman Ruins Djemila and Timgad. Both this hotel and the much-nicer Marriott Constantine are 12,500 points per night.
