Points Saver Redemption Rate Certificate?
I have a certificate on my account that I have no idea where it came from. Here is the text:
PointSaver Redemption Rate:Expires: 10/22/2020
CALL GUEST SERVICES to get your certificate cancelled and points refunded.
Anyone know what to do with this?

My suspicion is that you (or someone else accessing your account) made a points reservation and the certificate somehow never got attached properly. Or you cancelled a reservation and the certificate was left floating. Look at your booking history and account history.
