New York City/JFK Fairfield Inn: Platinum guests receive a coupon for 10% off at the restaurant -- yes, there's a full restaurant at the hotel. Includes drinks from the extensive bar.

Renaissance Las Vegas Oct 2017
1) Las Vegas/Nevada/USA/Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel
2) Lounge is Closed on weekends (Friday at 10 am til Sunday 5 pm), no breakfast in lounge during weekend
3) Lounge is not room key accessible on the weekends for sodas/water
4) Lounge offers terminal+printer (not key accessible on weekends to print boarding cards !)
5) Valid Date: Oct 2017
side note: They were not restocking breakfast items on Friday morning and also starting removing items before 10am.
When I asked for diet soda and milk, I saw fresh fruit (bananas and apples) and pastries in the kitchen but were not out at 9:30am.
This breakfast was sparse due to attendants, not for lack of food.
Very odd, never has this happened before at any Marriott or Renaissance.

Renaissance Downtown Toledo, Ohio
Front desk says lounge (second floor) open 24 hours/365 but attendant told me it was open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. I didn't try keycard access overnight. Very small space. It wouldn't be comfortable for more than 10-12 guests.
Breakfast served 7 days a week in lounge. Front desk described evening offerings as "dinner." There were three hotplates for serving. Beer locked up for evening. No sign of wine. Water, juice, pop and Greek yogurt were accessible all day. Snacks were left out all day -- cookies, croissants, candy, potato chips, nuts, grapes. Illycaffč drip coffee served. Breakfast was the usual fayre.
There were complimentary newspapers -- the local daily, Wall Street Journal and USA Today -- and two computer terminals (PC and Mac).
No platinum benefits (like valet parking discount or drink coupons) beyond program basics.
When I was there, the attendant left a printout of the elite guests. The printout was three pages lounge and was mostly golds and silvers. Apparently, silvers get access at this property. There were five platinums, which I thought was high given this is Toledo and it was the weekend. This could be a very platinum-heavy hotel during the week, which could be a major issue given the small size of the lounge.

Kingsport, TN - Meadowview CC.
They thankfully do not use the Resort part of their name to not offer an elite breakfast.
For elite benefits, offered the following:
-$10 F&B or 500 points (PAG)
-Breakfast buffet or 750 points (I chose the breakfast in the restaurant. It includes lots of hot and cold items plus make to order station that appears to make eggs anyway you like (omelet or other) and also likely pancakes (since I saw syrup).
-Valet parking at no charge (might be needed when very busy or very cold)
Hotel also participates in 500 points per day for no housekeeping.

UPDATE - November 3rd, 2017:
* San Antonio / Marriott Plaza / CLOSED; Cont'l brekkie in restaurant; key accessible; 08/22/17update
While the Breakfast coupons they give you say "continental breakfast", it is in fact a FULL breakkie. Lounge key accessible for soft drinks, coffee and a few snacks.

Washington Marriott Georgetown / Washington, D.C.
The self-serve coffee in the M Club lounge is now illy. Also, the machine now has a skim milk option for cappuccinos and lattes. Self-serve wine prices have increased with some glasses around $15 and $18. No computer terminal. You can order restaurant food and have it delivered to the lounge. Cheese at night has been downgraded from a two or three variety gourmet cheese board to standard concierge club yellow/orange cheese cubes.
