Pretty excited to get to try a Schrager edition right in my own backyard. Probably going to be open in time for the Olympics.

Just book STARS if you want the breakfast, upgrade, late check-out, $100 credit. The member rate is only 2% lower.

Have been skipping Ritz and Edition properties for the very same reason. But I know I've missed some very nice gems for doing so.

The hotel just released these two images of its restaurant/bar, and they look... like every other EDITION, which is to say it's nice... but what's the point if they all look exactly the same?

While there are some style elements in common, I don't think the pictures look particularly close to London or Times Square. The only two I have stayed at. Though I guess I will not be coming back to Times Square.....

I mean... [see below]
They're nothing if not consistent and certainly adhere to a strict design template, I'll give you that.

I have to agree with CPH-Flyer.The photos that look the most similar are the 3 EDITION properties in Asia so that's not surprising that there would be more commonality between them.
West Hollywood and the late Times Square are distinctly different in their furniture and decor choices and the photo of the NY Edition looks very different from all the other photos.
I do get what you mean though. Compared to some other brands like StR and RC, there is more of a common design thread between the EDITION properties.
