M Club locations

I am trying to book hotels that have the new M Club. Is there a list of all the locations? Thanks.

Not that I'm aware. You'll probably need to check hotels websites or call the properties.

PS - Welcome to Flyertalk!

Cheers

And just what is a M club? A fancy lounge? A way to cheat G & P out of benefits? Other ?

It's open 24/7 (but normal brekkie/evening apps are same time frame as non- M Lounges, aka Sun night through Fri morning), and like a lot of other normal lounges is closed on the weekend for evening apps on Fri-Sat nights. Some of them are near/attached to restaurants w/ hopes you'll buy food/drink via the M Lounge from them, thus increasing Marriott revenue (probably the bigger reason they were created). There are reports of some M Lounges being nice & others being 'eh'. Some of the items M Lounge touts, regular lounges have already.

M Lounge is a US concept, not int'l.

For those who are posting properties that have M Lounges, feel free to create a wiki :)

Cheers.

Not my impression at all.
Able to get water, sodas, yogurt, snacks (including vegetables/fruit in the fridges) 24/7.
I like the ones I've been in.

Ditto. I've used the one in DC and the one in NYC. The 24 hour access to water and fruit, etc, is a big plus for me.

Yep. Far superior to any concierge lounge in the US that I have seen.
Also some of the ones I have been in had small salads in the fridge as well as granola/energy bars.
Definitely an enhancement.

The one at Marriott Marquis in SF is an underwhelming space, but the 24 availability, self-service wine ("enomatic" machines), latte machine, fridge with water and soft drinks, and food (full hot breakfast, substantial hot evening snacks) were definitely a step up from any other Marriott lounge I've been to domestically.

FYI, (most, international could be exceptions) Sheraton lounges are open 24/7 for water, coffee/tea, and light snacks. Most have a computer and printer too.

Darn, I wish I knew this 2 weeks ago, I just spent a week at the JW SF and was surprised they closed the lounge over the weekend. Nobody's fault but mine to assume what they did 2 years ago would still be in affect. Stay away from here IMO unless you have tons of cash to burn.

I had a much better stay at the Marquis than at the JW and the lounge was a big part of that. The JW's lounge was smaller, and both the quality and availability the food/drink were inferior to the Marquis. The JW lounge did have a nicer view though (Marquis lounge is on a low floor).
