"For platinum members, there's a weekly management cocktail on wednesdays, drinks (wine, beer, mojito, hard liquor) and some pretty good amuse bouche provided. It seems that only a few of the platinum members will receive the "invite", but if anyone is there on wednesday nights, try your luck at the club lounge to RSVP for the event."

Isn't this the largest hotel in Bangkok? I'm not surprised to hear that's a problem when it's at capacity.

If there's a staff elevator, then I have a gripe that staff doesn't use it consistently and wastes paying customers' time by riding their elevators.

You are correct. Queen's Park has 1,388 rooms while the Sheraton Gran Macau has 4.001. For reference, the Opryland Gaylord has 2.888 rooms. The Wynn in LV has 4,748.

In that case, chalk it up to yet another spurious statement by upper management here.

How likely would they extend the LTPP benefits to two additional room?

Ok, let's go through this:

Welcome Gift: no.
Room Upgrade: very likely no.
Lounge Access: depends on how many people there are in each room. If it's just one per room they just might give access to all (if kindly requested to at check-in). If it's two or three in each room, no.
Late Check-out: they may, but it's not likely.
75% bonus points: yes, if the LTPP member puts all the rooms on her/his bill.
In any case, none of these benefits will be granted for the rest of the lifetime of the other guests. This privilege will remain solely with the LTPP member.

we all know the policies, but it is also at hotel’s discretion. I have emailed the property to see if they would do that. If not, I will just keep the he Marriot/westin reservation along the bts line. I am using three 7-day certs.

This is is why I answered the way I did. To give you a hint about how the property is likely to apply the T&C at its discretion.

Thank you @funkbandit

So I guess I will just keep my three separate reservations and hustle them individually...

This is a YMMV situation! Generally speaking, Thai is a bargaining culture, and, thus, a little (respectful) tug-of-war won't hurt to get what you want. After all you are not in Bangkok every day.

We had a pleasant day at the pool yesterday and the prices at the pool bar were not that bad. They do also have a happy hour 12:00 - 15:00.
