I don't know why I forgot to post here for my stay in March. I was proactively upgraded to one of their suites that was spacious and I love l'occitane products as well so that was more of a selling point versus the Marriott across the street.
I returned to the Xenia again last weekend for a short 10 hour coming in from Scotland and flying out of LHR and they were booked full so I stayed in a tiny broom closet.

This was my fourth stay here and the first time they've allowed me to check in at 9AM and check out at 9AM next day despite my You24 not being approved. I like the location but for the premium pricing in London in terms of Revenue/SQ Ft this is one of the smallest properties I've ever stayed at. Breakfast is also mediocre and the staff a bit aloof with the service too. Oh well!

I stayed here a few weeks ago...never again. I literally woke up with an allergy attack because the room was so dusty. I went outside, my nose opened right up, and then got some clarityn, and I was good after that kicked in.
Agreed with the comments above, the Marriott across the street is way better.

Had a quick one-night stay here, but would recommend it for the right price. Yes, rooms are small (although I booked a Petite room I was upgraded to Classic Room) but if you don't have lots of luggage and are going to be in the city a lot, it's a good place to stay. Friendly, old school vibe from the staff, and nice L'Occitane toiletries. No fridge in the room, though.
Breakfast was good, but a little niche: I usually only eat continental so was happy with the pastries and some interesting additions (different tarts and cakes, and references to the Greek meaning of Xenia - the Ancient Greek concept of hospitality, and how people would always have a spare room and some treats like figs for strangers to eat and stay over).
