He will NEED some REAL time off after he gets back. since he should be back around 5/1 or so, and 4/12 was the limit to wait for Amex to come thru with the double pts for the $500+ purchases, B4 he could look into it.
Hope all turns out well, and U get back B4 5/1 cause of a SPEEDY recovery and NOT for any other reason

Good luck, William. I wish you the best.

And, no, I can never replace "the Lurker." Get back soon, we will miss you. Take care.

While FMLA can be used to care for sick/ill family member(s), it's also used to spend time with a newborn. I get the impression that everybody assumed that he's going through something other than a newborn(which it may or may not be). Far be it for us to get into his personal business, anyway. I'm just pointing out that his FMLA may not be a 'bad' thing.

FMLA is partially or fully unpaid so thats not always a good thing.

To lead us even further astray....from the topic

William's return to work/FT has been delayed. He is hoping to return during the last week in May.

I will continue acting as the back-up Lurker until William's return (with assistance now and then from other back-up Lurkers)

Regards,

Dave "the back-up Lurker"
