The service here is great. The staff are certainly trained on customer experience is important and valued. They go above and beyond. Experiences with Jasmine and Poppy and many others that failed to notice their name badges have been great.

Property is well maintained. Smaller than many other Marriotts. It appears to lack the volume of visitors though, and it hasn't stopped them from staffing all the areas, but I speculate the staff would need to deal with some boredom. Dining is great.

There's really nothing to complain about.

OK, I've found one thing to complain about but definitely not about the staff. From one of the rooms viewing at the full length swimming pool with the people in it with a couple lifeguards around nicely curated green garden, you see it?

Well, that's not the Marriott pool. It's the residential buildings behind it. Marriott's pool is a basic small pool on a low floor and I consider it more of a "check mark" pool to satisfy star requirements. Nothing to write home about and many of its lower tier brands would have better pools than its flagship brand. But again, this is a relatively small Marriott compared to others. I mean, this is also a very low cost / priced Marriott! Great value.
