Can you please look into this issue, Lurkers.

Thanks!

This appears to have been rectified over the weekend. Feel free to let us know if you discover any other anomalies.

2 more recent stays

Just wanted to update from my last stay. My stays are getting better and better. Great upgrade again, food offerings have changed at Luna (for the better), some of the staff has changed, but new staff is great. My butler Gaurav is amazing as usual, had great PT sessions in the gym by Sagar and everyone else was just friendly. This is my go to hotel when in the area.

Thanks for sharing! Ive noticed that the TripAdvisor reviews have improved consistently since the opening. Your thoughts mimic them a lot. We missed Mumbai on our India trip in Jan, but I have my sights set on this hotel for our eventual return.

You wont regret it. If you need/want anything from the hotel and/or staff, just ask they comply quite quickly.

Enjoy your visit.
