Is Cargo $250 per couple or $250 a person?

i asked the same question and got an answer on here that it is $250++ per couple (and that it was well worth it!)

Separate question...I thought I read that the hotel provides sun hats in the rooms for guests to use during their stay. Is that the case or is it that they are available for sale in the hotel shop?

Does anyone know if cash upgrade prices are the same at the resort compared to quotes given in advance? I'm considering taking a chance that my status will get us a complimentary upgrade to an OWV, but if not, would consider paying for it onsite.

Should be in room if not ask your butler

I just emailed the property and they told me it's 250 per person at Cargo. At that price I figured I met as well do the Decanter dinner!

Oh! Maybe I misread the info I got previously...I thought was told 250++ for 2 people. Apologies on my part.

We probably will still make reservations when we go at the end of June. Already have our Decanter reservations made too

I would like to get re-confirmation about this price from someone on FT who has been to Cargo recently because I suspect you received bad information from the hotel. I cannot imagine they would have doubled prices - unless I remember wrong it was 250 USD per couple back in October.

Posts 1946 and 2205 in this thread say it's 250 USD per couple. Or at least that's what it used to be. I am glad my memory is still holding up

We paid 250++ for a couple in January. Would be surprised if the doubled that by now.

250++ per couple in March 2019.
Remember the first rule: never take what front-line representatives say at face value. Before my stay, I emailed the generic property email to ask whether they accepted Marriott GCs for payment or not, and during my stay, I asked my butler the same thing. They both claimed that they don't, but as it turns out, that was false. Was able to use as many Marriott GCs as I wanted at check-out.

Whale bar

I read that the Whale bar only served food seasonal. Does anybody know when the season is? We will be visiting the first week of June.

Seemingly only peak season, June is low season.
