When trying to book via the app, there is always a error message, that my creditcard is not accepted by the hotel. I tried with Mastercard and Amex. Don’t know if this is only a Problem in the german version of the App.

How many points did they say and OWV was?

I was quoted 80k Marriott/night in an OWB. The rep may have been mistaken because it seems to good to be true.

Anyone else got this offer?

With that rate, I immediately booked into an OWV! I may have gotten lucky because I haven't seen anyone else get that price.

Called the number and the rep said that award bookings are still closed and no one has been able to book awards?

I got quoted 85k/ night for the Overwater Villa. Booked and confirmation email received.

I don't think that matters, does it? The new rates will go into effect Jan 1, but if I understand correctly, you can still book next year at the current rates. Unless they block inventory, obviously.

no one is quoting or booking anything so idk who you talked to. 85k is what the base room will be next year

I have a confirmed reservation email? Find an agent who is able to force the reservation through on ‘the other system’. The main system isn’t able to book because our credit cards won’t go through.

The base garden rooms are 60k/night and it’s 85k/night for the overwater.

It’s too bad you couldn’t book it but this is what I got.
