I have only stayed at this hotel one time then flew out the next morning on KE HKG-ICN.
Can someone remind me where I had the hotel shuttle take me since I have will a KE eBP and need to go to the ST lounge at E5 (or15)?
BTW, I got an email saying that as of June 17 they were back to the executive lounge on the 12th floor.

Had an excellent stay here last week. Booked std room & got comp upgrade to Deluxe Bay View Suite. Excellent service; from the airport terminal Marriott desk I was escorted to a waiting SUV & then met at the hotel door to be escorted to in-suite check-in. Perfect. Lovely suite & great service. Had brekkie in Lounge - not great but perfectly adequate. A happy traveller ^
p.s. one thing I did note was that bedroom soundproofing from aircraft noise is not so great.

I do have to say I also had a fantastic stay here. It was exactly what I needed after a long flight from SFO with the family. Booked a standard room, made the request for a suite upgrade a week out (not SNA). Was told space available of course. Approached the desk upon arrival, minutes later was taken to a nice van with cool AC blasting. The 5 minute drive was very comfortable. They handled all of the luggage and some how managed to get to the room faster than we did walking at a normal pace to the elevators for in suite (Deluxe Bay View Suite) check in with the agent who met us curbside as we arrived at the hotel. They provided a fruit welcome plate along with a nice note. The executive lounge breakfast was more than adequate for a quick bite before heading out to the airport the next morning using the scheduled shuttle bus. The lounge was willing to shuttle me in a van but the van wouldn't have been ready in time based on the time I needed to depart by. The room service was also quite tasty for a simple dinner. The execution of this hotel was flawless, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They really know how to treat elites here.

I too noticed this, but didn't bother me too much. I was surprised at how much air traffic HKG has at all hours. I suppose given all the cargo that goes through HKG. I ended up plane watching a bit at 4 am given the jet lag, haha.

Stayed here one night last night. They had sent an email to ask for my arrival flight, so when I reached the counter at arrivals, the driver was already waiting downstairs to take me to the hotel. I was at the hotel about 10 minutes after exiting from customs.
One of the executive lounge staff members was waiting when the car arrived and took me directly for in room check in. I got an upgrade to a suite, not that it mattered too much for one night. And due to the expected protests at the airport today, I left early to go through security before that was expected to start. So no time to enjoy the suite. Though very nice with a large living room with a desk area as well, a bedroom, a bathroom with a big tub and separate shower.
The lounge ends happy hour at 8pm which is a tad early, so I did not get to check that. The morning spread is quite decent, with the option of made to order omelettes.
I did notice that the plane noise was present in the rooms, but not enough to bother me.

I have stayed here a number of times. Great hotel, lounge, staff, pool, etc. Not noticed the airport noise - I think I always had a room facing back to the water. Only thing is the AC uses some kind of ground cooling system (Eco Friendly), but on hot days you may not find that it cools enough - my only compliant.

Just wrapped up an overnight. This time, the ride in from the airport was quick and painless. Waited maybe 2 minutes and was then escorted (along with another guest) to the black van. Upgraded to a Deluxe Suite on 10th floor. Not overly large, but room was comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated the very clear light switches ever struggling with W/A Bangkok's totally indecipherable ones.
This time there was absolutely no aircraft noise. I think it has to do with the winds and approach patterns, because the aircraft overhead were a near constant my prior stay.
Staff in the lounge were fantastic. Cannot say the same about the lounge offerings, unfortunately. Very similar to a mid-range domestic Marriott for both evening and breakfast. While there is an egg station for breakfast, the absence of any dim sum in Hong Kong is IMO totally inexcusable! At night there appeared to be an open self-serve bar, resulting in a number of examples of loud ugly Americanism. "First beer?"
Trip back to the airport was relatively painless, as there were not nearly so many passengers as my last visit. One off note, there was no staff to help offload bags at the airport, so passengers literally had to crawl into the baggage hold to retrieve luggage. Fortunately mine was near the front.

I've actually never had more than a last morning coffee in the lounge, preferring breakfast in the lobby restaurant. I do remember better F&B offerings in both the executive lounge and restaurant. Lamb stew, ribs, fish fillets in the EL, and prime rib and eggs in the restaurant for breakfast. Alas, times and budgets change.
