Nice, another option when in NYC, I'll try and stay there soon and provide a trip report.
Might have to drive up and do a mattress run there on a weekend.

I'm checking out from a 1 night stay in about 10 minutes.
Plus: Hotel is nicely renovated; art deco themed, feel of an upscale boutique hotel, e.g, soho grand, etc.
Minus: Gold status did nothing for me at check in. And I discovered my room had now towels in (save the washcloths) as I stepped into the shower this morning.

There's no shortage of Marriotts in the immediate neighborhood. The Lexington is across the street from the East Side Marriott, down the block from a Residence Inn, and 3 blocks from the Courtyard on 3rd ave.

Ok, I called the hotel. Gold/Plats get cont'l brekkie in the restaurant. If it's not offered, ask. Given the property is new maybe not all the FDC are aware of it.
BTW - have to admit this is the first time I've seen this for different room types: "Petite", "Cozy", then "Regular Guest Room". There are no sizes listed for the rooms, so I would guess that Petite & Cozy are the size of broom closets Hey, at least they're being a bit upfront about it.
Cheers.
