This thread refers to the various Marriott brands within a specific geographic area. Marriott Bonvoy hotels in XX usually have posts asking which property is better, etc. Trip reports are usually better suited in the property specific threads.

Are you sure? I see the nearest subway station is Heping Xiqiao on line 5, which is about 1km away. Once line 12 is complete, then it will be close to Anzhenqiao station.

I guess you're right, but only about half of the walk is along 3rd Ring.

The Mrt NE which opened about 2008 was also a favorite with decent location to PEK and between 3rd & 4th ring. Then it was owned by HNA.
HNA sold it about 3 years ago to the Fangda hotel group, still decent values, but Fangda is a cheapskate's on paying the service staff, and no recent renovation updates. (rooms are really dated, poor HVAC)

Actually, I prefer the more modern Hyatt Regency Wangjing for 5* service, but its location is 5th ring road near the PEK airport. Fabulous club lounge and team staff, + 10 english channels on the 55''or 65" tv's
Or on 3rd ring, the Weston, which is on subway line 10, just doesn't have the similar value pricing....
