Would booking via an FF mile portal count as OTA?

Have some expiring asiamiles to burn

Hope I can ask the experts' opinion here on an old thread --

If I book a Sheraton via a Priceline "Express Deal" (hotel name not revealed until paid, but I pretty much know it will be Sheraton), would I earn nights credit towards lifetime Platinum status, even if 0 points are earned for the stay?
