Quebec Marriott - checked in August 10 for a weeks stay. Was told "we don't have a lounge". Given $10 breakfast vouchers good for the cold continental only. Also given $10 vouchers for food only during happy hour.

Renaissance San Diego

I see no reports on this property, is it a new acquisition if not, someone must have stayed there.

This post is better suited for the general family San Diego thread vs. the post your experience re: exec lounge thread (aka, this one).

Cheers.

Stayed one weekend night at Marriott North Bethesda. Confirming lounge closed on weekends. Given one voucher for 2 adults in Meritage restaurant (on the first floor). Also, they specifically said that the voucher was for 2 adults and however many kids (we had 3). We didn't ultimately use it, but just thought worth mentioning (the kids part).

Recently stayed at the Marriott Burbank Airport. The "lounge" is a cordoned off part of the lobby -- and it can get quite busy. OK for breakfast, but not really conducive as a nice place to relax. Not sure if this is temporary or not.

Also recently stayed at the LAX Renaissance. Ditto wrt the coupon sez continental but actually get the full spread. And the full spread is quite good.

Looking forward to this Friday when I get to try out the Renaissance near NY Penn Station and a week later, the Carlton/Autograph Collection property in NYC, which will be a new one for me.

Marriott Eaton, Toronto.

New lounge is now open (very nice). As noted in the sticky, at the weekend you get the Good Start (continental brekkie) for 2 served to your table - Juice, Cereal/Oatmeal with bananna/berries, Toast/Bagel/Muffin and Tea/Coffee (coupon states gratuity & tax included).

Alternatively, you can get a credit of $17 ($34 for 2pax) against any other item on the breakfast menu (which is where the $11 upgrade to full buffet number comes from).

* Phuket / Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach; No Lounge; no reports by FTers as of 06/01/16

Status: Platinum. Stay: August 2016.

No lounge. Free internet. 20-30% discount on F&B and spa. Not sure if they would have provided any b/f as my rate was inclusive of b/f.

Recently stayed at The Plaza (Autograph) in Seoul and their lounge is open 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Evening spread includes two hot entrees, but once the food is gone, it's not replenished. So even though the evening food hours are until 7:30 or 8 pm, there's usually slim pickings after 7 pm.

Drinks are well stocked, and replenished as needed. On Wednesday night, there was a sign saying that the evening happy hour would feature "Korean liquors". I think this means Soju, but I wasn't around to partake that evening.

NY City -- Renaissance, 35th Street (near NY Penn Station).
Saturday morning -- offered coupon for breakfast in restaurant. Server said partake in full buffet.

BTW: Coupon says gratuity included, but I leave a few dollars as a tip, at least in the U.S. Is this typical among you?
