The mint has started taking notice of orders more closely and is shutting down accounts. YMMV.

Anyways, my latest order arrived in record time.
So I still had 3 boxes left over from the previous order, and I've generally been depositing (not immediately) the excess at a great community bank, but this time I decided to make a deposit into my Bank of America account. I know a fair amount about banking, but I was a bit surprised that the teller didn't even open the boxes. She just sealed them in a plastic bag for shipment to the cash vault ~100 miles away. She gave me a receipt, but it is subject to verification. It was all so matter of fact that I suspect I may not be the first person to make such a deposit in our small town.

I guess if the box that it comes in weighs +19lbs I really shouldn't have to worry.

Moron UPS driver just left $4,000 sitting on my doorstep with no signature.
Anyone have a good phone # for UPS so that I can call and complain and hammer it into their heads to never do this again or should I just use the general customer service line?

eBay was never that good of a deal, not even in the heyday of Bing.
Why bother with the massive coin weights when $2 bills and bullion were in abundance and not as heavily marked up by the churners? The opportunity cost of the dollar coins was other, more profitable forms of Bing churn.

1-800-PICK-UPS is the only number you'd get routed through ... but make sure you ask for the warehouse to place a specific complaint there.
