It still ships for free, just no upgrade.

they couldn't retroactively charge you for shipping (changing the terms of your purchase order). the real concern is that $250 will be mailed in a box that will be left in front of your door or on the curb next to your mailbox, with no confirmation of receipt.

This creates a little problem for you, since your order will no longer get free next day air shipping (free on orders over $300). Now they're going to send it via fedex/usps and you won't be able to track its progress well. Should always order at least a pair of whatever type.
As long they give you the tracking number, you should still be able to track the packages.

In my experience, the tracking for this type of shipment was pretty much worthless. The tracking only works at all for the portion of the journey done by fedex, which is fedex ground to your local postal sorting facility. Then it goes to your post office and eventually to your carrier and hopefully to you. I found the whole process took a surprisingly long time, and it was somewhat worrisome that I had no idea where the box was.

I haven't experienced this recently, so it may not work the same. After waiting and wondering for what seemed like 2 weeks, I made a point to only order 2+ boxes to avoid the problem.

The USPS number is useless because it is so behind of the actual movement. Luckily we live in a condo and the mailman knows everyone but when he is off some of his substitutes are careless. After an experience I make sure to order 2+ boxes too.

It might be a good idea to get a PO Box for this purpose.

A lot better security, and I think there's a record all the way until the box gets into your hand.

55 (Cumulative) Order Limit

Getting a cancel reason now as 55 ORDER LIMIT. Asssume the 55 orders are cumulative lifetime as not cumulative orders in 2010. Also do not know if cumulative orders are per president (55x$250 box?), or all presidents, or all direct ship orders. Other cancellations are not showing reasons yet.

The upstairs residents in Apartment C...

had their NA order cancelled... looking as if Mother Mint is broadening their definition of 'household' (same street number for all units). From talking to them, the order didn't make it to the cc query point.

55 may just be an internal reason code.

I ordered 10 boxes of the 2010 NA's and received them but now my additional orders for 10 boxes are being canceled. I'll call to see why my 20 box limit is not being honored.

Be sure to tell them about your bustling vending machine business.

Yeah, disregard - I read USPS and thought it said UPS. I loathe the USPS with every fiber of my being.

My emails today have all of my orders going to backordered status with dates ranging up to 2/10 for shipping. None of mine have canceled as yet. Always tempted to order under my Dogs credit card, but I am afraid that he would have to sign for the boxes! He has better credit than most of my friends!
