Does any form of MS still work?
The Office depot credit is currently on but I can't buy EVERYDAY cards not sold ink Seattle region. Everyday cards can be bought in cities 45-50 miles away but that's not feasible. Also not sure if Wal_mart still allows to be loaded for cashier's check. Curious anyone in Seattle area successful doing any MS? |

I am quite surprised that your utility company allows you to pay more than what you owe. Mine is similar to a credit card where you cannot pay more than the balance on the account.

I regularly overpay electric and water, as I’m out of the country a lot. I think they limit it to a $1000 or so overpayment. Never asked for a refund.
