$20-$500 variable load VGC's back @ Sam's Club
Just a heads up DP for any Sam's Club members with a Discover card short of hitting their 2Q 5X target.
I bought a VGC loaded with $500 2 days ago @ my regular Sam's.
The card is pale blue with a flap for adding a message for an intended recipient, (and labeled $20-$500).
The card is an InComm Vanilla Visa and has a $4.88 load fee.
I remember when the $20-$500's disappeared to be replaced by $2-$250's so I was surprised to see this.

I think they sell these at BJ's too. Do you know if the Vanilla variable VGC's will work with the WMBP app (not in store)?
ETA - I went to BJ's and saw they had Secure Spend variable load GC's so all was good.

I wonder if these have the same restrictions as the $250 ones did. Those wouldn't work for MO at my local grocer where all other Vanillas would work fine.
Not too many category bonuses making it worthwhile, aside from Discover quarterly bonus for warehouses. I don't think Dosh pays anything on in-store purchases anymore.

4097 58 are the first 6 digits, (sorry for the late reply to your query).
For those who asked where this card might be liquidated, I don't have a clue as I liquidated the card organically within 2 days.
The only reason i found this card is because I was looking for a standard Sam's club gift card that I could load with my discover in order to "Pre-Pay" future Sam's club purchases @ 5X in advance of the end of the quarterly bonus period.
Other than the upcoming 3Q bonus of PayPal, (which I will do via PayUSA tax), I prefer to spread the spend out over 3 months in order to get 3 $2.00 "Small Balance Credits" from this normally "Sock Drawered Card", ($81.00 is better than $75.00 right), LOL,,, LOL...
YMMV as always. Sam's has NO "Hard-Coded" requirement for gift cards to be rung-up separately, (but some cashiers have appointed themselves as "MS* Police"), so anything's possible.
