Plastiq cross border fee
 
Plastiq has a cross border fee for using a US credit card.

I want to pay CRA bills (income tax, plus business gst/hst installments). What similar services can I use without a cross border fee?

If you can’t stomach the tiny US->Can or Can->US fees Plastiq charges this hobby is not for you. Almost no one else even allows this except some bill pay systems (billers like utilities, telecom, etc) with combined US/Can functions.
