Staples Amex offer expiring soon
Just a reminder if you have the Amex offer for Staples and didn't use it somehow on the fee free VGC or MCGC sales over the past few months, use it up before it expires. Had it on P3's card so ordered online as getting P3 into staples is not going to happen.

I have an offer to spend 25 and get five back at an office supply store. But doesn’t Amex get level three data from Staples and exclude gift card purchases from earning points?

Technically yes but in reality it’s fine. Just don’t buy gift cards during the MSR period and don’t go nuts. So far Simon mall does not earn points but online gift card sites still do.
