I will work on this on the next few days but most of the info is very old and outdated.

I have been using all of these the last 2 years and I will update what other people have started along with some tools on how to buy on multiple accounts if people want this info. This is just a quick first draft. I will clean up and add more details.

please dont .... up the work I will put into this. please message me and I can add more data and I have more buying groups that I can add
  1. Pointsmaker - pointsmaker.com - Notifies via email . You buy and upload tracking number - Payment comes pretty quick same day most often via echeck once item is checked in
  2. MYS Buying Group - mysbuyinggroup.com Notifies via email . You buy and upload tracking number - Payment comes pretty quick once item is checked in echeck
MYS has the most complaints of all, from very late payment to not receiving items. Many people have given up on MYS.
  3. USA Buying Group - usabuying.group same as others regarding loading the tracking number. slowest payment of all. alerts come via whatsapp and email and response time is medium to issues
  4. YRCW - app.yrcwtech.com same as others alertss comes via whatsapp - payments can be slow. response time to issues are pretty quick via communication thru wahtsapp to owner
  5. Buy For Me Retail - The best. buyformeretail.com deals are posted on page. offers sent thru email. payment sent ach when they are checked i
  6. EMB - embdeals.com same as above - a great one as well. alerts via whatsapp. payments can be requested same day and will arrive same day. lots of offers last amazon prime.
  7. EMB - From late 2021 through August 2022, Several reports of missing packages, more complaints than most of the other groups. Buyers Beware.
  8. TheDealBuyer - thedealbuyer.com - Seems to be very new to the game. Not using whatsapp, but Pushover to send deals.

How are you getting BB and WM orders through? Costco has been hit or miss for me.

Anyone dealt with Amazon purging orders from your orders page after "suspicious activity?" Even if the activity was authorized? I heard somewhere you can order a report of all your orders...even ones that they have deleted.

Yes, yes, yes. That happened to me several times. It is normal. Just place the order again after some time. You will be fine.

I do not have a trick to share. Not because I do not want to share, but because I really do not know the trick.

For BB, 20% of my transactions (for buying group purchases) were cancelled or did not go through. Most of my transactions went through smoothly. I do not know why.

For Walmart, 50% of my purchases for buying groups were immediately cancelled or were cancelled after several hours. I guess that it is a hit or miss. One useful tip that I have is: For Walmart purchases if they cancel your transaction immediately, keep trying the same transaction (i.e., purchasing the same item) over and over again. After being cancelled six or seven times, the transaction could go through. That happened to me several times. But this could be highly YMMV. Some times, I tried the same purchasing over ten times, and it could still get cancelled immediately (I will then simply give up).

As mentioned by other people, the purchases from Amazon for a buying group have a really high success rate (around 95%). For that reason, I usually do business with Walmart.

For Target and Staples, I tried many different ways to purchase items for buying groups, but none of my transactions went through. So, I simply give up.

For Dell, it is strange. Initially, almost all my transactions went through. Recently, none of my transactions went through. I guess maybe that is because I purchased too many things from them and they semi-blocked my account.

For Microsoft Xbox, I purchased the Xbox from Microsoft only one time, and the transaction went through. I did not try a second time.

As promised, here are my DPs on the two newer-ish groups people have been talking about that I did a few test deals with recently.

TheDealBuyer -- I've had 3 successful transactions in the past week. First item was delivered, scanned in, and eCheck received within 24 hours of delivery. Second two items were delivered on a Thursday, but didn't get scanned in until Monday AM. This is actually the normal turnaround for most BGs in my experience, so not really a huge drawback. Just wanted to share that as someone above mention super-quick turnaround, which is sometimes true, just don't be surprised if they get behind from time to time and take a day or two longer. This is fairly normal so not a complaint.

TDB the good: Seem to have many more original items they are buying (at least, different than BFMR and Poinstmaker who I've had a longer history with). Send out emails with product lists and new deals - which I like since I'm mostly doing this during breaks at my real job. Also, they send receipts. Like, honest to goodness receipts that you could show to the IRS should you get audited.
TDB the bad: Want users to use "Pushover" when I already have discord, whatsapp, and slack tabs open and I really don't need yet another Chrome extension or app that I have to give attention to. Is there any point to Pushover given I'm constantly getting emails from them anyway? Serious question to anyone in their Pushover group. Also, stupid, hard to use, outdated software that everyone else except BFMR uses. I really really hate this out of the box product. No, this isn't TDB specific -- I'm just venting. So, no real complaints. Reciepts as mentioned above. I'm all above the board with the IRS, but I imagine some of you are .... let's say, creative on your tax declarations. Despite this, this has moved up to #1 on my present list of BGs I plan on using in the near future because they really seem to be adding new and unique deals all the time.

BuyGetRewards -- I've had one deal with them. Under 24 hour turnaround between delivery and check being issued. Just one datapoint, so take that into account.

BGR the good --- Their delivery address in Delaware is an honest to goodness house. I don't know for sure, but this seems to be a plus since some past experience seems to be that companies don't like to deliver to warehouses or PO boxes and I don't like having to work around these (like changing "Unit" to something else --are you listening BFMR?). I've also found a few deals here that weren't offered at my other go-tos. Only the one deal, but fast turnaround.
BGR the bad --- everything done on Whatsapp. I mean, everything. Old school, but in a bad way. Their website is literally just the usual terrible out of the box product everyone else uses, only the FAQs are just blank and there seems to be no online master list of what deals are active and what deals are not. So far, they just send out text messages when they are ending a deal or changing pricing. This gets confusing very fast, especially for someone like me who is doing this in my spare time. Despite this, I plan on doing biz with them in the future as a few of their deals are unique.

My next try is EMB. I've heard good things, but I'm going to give them a test run the next time I see a unique deal. I hope the above is helpful to some of you.

Thanks for this detailed DP post. For BGR, do you link a banking acct for the check?

I have a test order with EMB as well, will post here as well. I also had a quick and positive purchase with BFMR and echo the sentiment about their app/site which is so much more attractive to use.

Thanks a lot for the sharing! I also want to try thedealbuyer. However, after registration, I still did not receive their confirmation e-mail. May you tell me their contact information? Since I am currently not a member of them, there is no way for me to find their contact information. Thanks!

My issue is the lost orders are still shipping, and I cannot get the tracking numbers to the clubs....any way to get them from amazon? I've tried the mobile app with no luck.

BGR is eCheck. TDB is also eCheck, but as noted above they have an "ACH coming soon" on their webpage. eCheck is a print at home deal in PDF format.

I'd love to hear your EMB report. I may sit on the sidelines until I hear back ... unless I see a +commission deal I can't pass up.

Amazon promotion abuse

Has anyone received a cancellation email from Amazon like below? I’ve only ordered about 2k worth of product so far, all drop shipped. 6 iPads 3 fire sticks, and 4 echo dots. Those all went through ok, however I received this after trying to get a canon EOS, and then afterward a Mario switch game. I don’t know if it’s these items in particular, or my account has been flagged for promotion abuse.

“Hello,We're writing to let you know we have canceled your order because it violates

Sounds like a strong, trustworthy review coming from an account that is definitely not a sock puppet.

I have ordered many items from Amazon for the buying groups. Thirty of my orderings (even more) are marked to be (Your item might be lost during the transition). In fact, only one item among those items was actually lost; all other items were successfully received by the buying groups (I have already gotten paid).

I am sorry that I do not know how to get the tracking number after the shipping status turned to (Your item might be lost during the transition). In my case, I provided the tracking numbers once the items were shipped to the buying groups. Then, even though the items were later on marked to be (Your item might be lost during the transition), the buying groups still had the correct tracking numbers and paid me (when they received the items).

So, my suggestion is, closely monitor your amazon account and e-mail (Amazon sent e-mails once the items are shipped). Once the tracking is available, write it down and give it to the buying groups. When you do this too late, the tracking numbers might simply disappear...

This happened to me quite often. I think that they do have quantity limit restrictions. If your account has ordered the same or similar items many times and then your order a new one, you may receive this message after the new order is canceled. I do not think you need to worry. The account is not blocked (at least, this is the case for me). After several days, you can try to order the same item again, and the transaction might go through smoothly.

I'm starting to have concerns about Points Maker. They are clearly having some issues over the last two weeks. I'm hoping it's just a rough patch, but I am going to stop sending to them until it gets turned around.
