Using PayPal to meet min spend requirements

My landlord accepts Paypal for rent and I would like to use this to meet my min spend requirements. Can I use my CC as my primary Paypal payment method to pay my landlord (a person not an entity) without it being charged as a "cash advance". I was told that these types of transactions (Paying directly to a person and not a business entity) are only counted as "Cash Advance" transactions and therefor not eligible for min spend.

I apologize for the duplicate question.... I used to use Plastiq but they now treat most Visa cards as a cash advance transaction.

Cheers!
Greg

Last I checked, it will register as a purchase. Of course you'll have to pay the 2.9% fee.
