There is, but I don't know the exact amount. During the December rebate promo I bought $2k then right after my dad tried and some of them got activation denied.

what are usecase or liquidation routes for Lowes GC? I have seen many offers coming by for Lowes. If there is a thread for this, can someone post it please thanks.

The same exit as any other merchant GCs: Offload to GC buyers in a complicated loan/interest rate arbitrage scam (reselling of consumer credit in a roundabout way to business financing) and hope it's not you left holding the bag when the music stops
