Supreme Court Nominee Kavanaugh......churner?

Read this: Kavanaugh Credit Card Debt and immediately thought that it sounds like this guy is in the credit card points game

Man... if this is all the "dirt" ""they"" can find on this guy... talk about clinging to straws (until ""they"" ban the straws...)...

Good new explanation for manufactured spend. I was buying gifts for friends.

Well, it's not dirt, or even "dirt". But it's still an indication that he did not have better paying activities to occupy his time, as one would expect of a "brightest legal mind".

Are you saying that none of us have "better paying activities" to occupy us since we are in the MS game?

I can categorically deny that personally. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy playing the game and reaping the benefits

It's not dirt in any traditional sense. If he has some non-traditional type friends for a SCOTUS Justice, then who knows. But given he's been a federal judge for quite some time, I'm pretty sure he's in the clear enough from that side for that to not be a show-stopper. But where did anyone certain evidence that this was about manufactured spend to rack up enrollment-related points/miles or other credit card-related points/miles?

Using various bank cards, I've made a lot of reimbursed purchases for others that didn't yield much if anything in the ways of points/miles over the years. Not everyone is equally point-savvy all their life.

He was probably just trying to keep his Companion Pass on WN

I can picture him outside the Nationals stadium barking, "Who needs tickets".

Exclamation

As this seems a case of simple credit card debt rather than MS I'll bring some closure to this thread.
