I needed this, so I built it and thought others might find it useful too: https://lapse.cc

Yes, you're right. But they charge via Paypal, and Paypal have a limit of 8 cards, AFAIR, and I have a few cards which I want to charge once a year, so that means they need to be in Paypal.

How? Yes, Paypal will take out fees, but they're not >100% of the cost. Even on a $0.10 charge, if you set up your account under micropayments, Paypal would charge 5c + 5%, so you'd get $0.045 in profit.

One other thing I've noticed - there's no way to not make Paypal balance your primary funding method. So, if you happen to have a paypal balance when the transaction comes up, the $ will come out of that, rather than hitting your card.

Added a yearly option. Let me know how it goes
Looking into this. Thanks for the heads up
Doesn't look like there's a way to do more than one transaction per month. I guess you could set them up individually...

It might be, but it also has an MS use. There are bank accounts that pay a higher interest rate if you make X number of debit purchases per month. A lot of people just add $1 to their Amazon balance multiple times, but with this website, it's set and forget.
And it looks like some people want to use it just to make sure their sock-drawed credit cards gets used every so often.
