I have three people in my household, and they each have an account.

Once you use the promotion, it automatically is taken off your account.

There's no enforcement. The terms say that multiple accounts are not allowed, but in reality, stores are evaluated on sign-up metrics, so the unwritten rule is that as long as you sign up with different phone numbers and email addresses, it's fine. If you're using J4U with a loyalty card, make sure to have a separate loyalty card as well.

How can they tell that you have more than one account. Use only one account in a single trip

Today I was banned from an Albertsons - at least from the Money Order counter. I had been purchasing $1k maybe 2-3 times a week on average lately. I'd be feeling better about it if I wasn't so overextended in Simon Mall $1k cards at the moment!

Just for buying too many money orders. They never asked about what kind of cards I was using. Back before the Simon 1K cards showed up I would sometimes split payment 4 or 5 times to offload $100 and $200 VGCs. Lately there has been one new clerk who had been predicting what my MO amount would be... should have walked away whenever they paged her to the customer service desk I guess.

Nothing like a visual ban, assuming you even want to go back... if you do, give it a couple months (maybe even weeks) and go back and nobody will remember anything.

Does anyone have data points on if this works on the variable load? Or just the fixed $100 cards?

Definitely works on variables, though possible that "balloons" are not working right. Three successful transactions with other designs

Hmm, my account has 8x points when you buy 2 x $100 card and one for 8x points when you buy 2 x $50 card.
