Giftcardmall (and giftcards.com) now limit Visa loads to $250. No more $500 cards, Change happened sometime in 2020.
What portal is currently offering the highest payout for GCM?
Check cashbackmonitor and cashbackholic for current payouts. Be sure to review the T&C for GCM at each portal as some offer lower payouts for Visa GCs.
Amex gift cards cannot be used to buy Visa gift cards
VGC issued by metabank. Cards come activated.

Monthly Limit is 30K per GCM account for a revolving 30 days. Once you hit 15K, GCM will display a message on the screen letting you know you hit the limit.
Start out slow 1k and then another 1k - they will call to verify the card, and shipping address. Next order they will not call. Orders under 2k have free shipping.
If you get this error:
This transaction was not completed. The transaction was not submitted correctly, or has been declined by your card issuer. You can try again with a different card or review your payment information for any necessary corrections.
- A Few people report it is blocked for the day, try again the next day. MOST ppl report being permanently blocked. Or you entered a wrong 3-digit security number.
GCM recommends using the Chrome or Firefox browsers. Be sure you are not using an ad blocker and not disabling any cookie settings (3rd party, tracking, etc.) from the default or you may get this error.

Warning: Orders can be lost or stolen. Call to have the cards reissued or canceled. Orders usually arrive in 5-10 days.
Check your cc for pending or posted payments and call about your order if you are concerned it is taking a long time for delivery. Sometimes GCM was taking up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Getting the 405 error in chrome again.
I've noticed that on the page where you enter the card amount and recipient, if the "Recipient Name" field defaults to lower case, I will get the HTTP 405 error on the next page. If the Recipient field defaults to upper case text (the normal behavior), the order will complete successfully

I think that's just coincidental. My standard procedure is to go to the order history and jump to a card design from a previous order - and that normally works. When GCM is being temperamental in Chrome, I've tried going straight to card selection (and clearing cache, and closing the browser, and, and, and) with no success.

First time GCM order for $500 went through and was processing on CC. GCM cancelled the order an hour later with an email titled: Attention: There is a problem with your Gift Card Mall order. Actual email “We were unable to process your order. We have refunded you....” Is there any way to fix this? I’ve tried creating new accounts with the same card to no avail.The pinned message has an error message different than my own so I’m not positive it’s the same situation.

The process showed as a pending charge in the chase app and I've had no issues with the card since before or since then. Is this a fraud issue with the credit card or an issue with GCM? What other details do you need. GiftCardMall accepted the order and it was a pending charge on the credit card. Hour later its rejected and I am refunded to the card. I called GCM CSR and was told to check my billing info was accurate which from my research is the default BS response they'll give.

No VPN, no ......., however I was on an Ebates shopping trip for cashback but I'd hope that wouldn't be responsible for the issue. The 5$ from Ebates tracked too so idk what the issue is. I'm considering purchasing one from giftcard.com and at least that way I'll know what link in the chain is faulty.

Don't bother with his PM. I sent you a PM with secret info that is even more super than his. Be prepared to bathe in the sea of rewards that awaits you. Just don't share this super secret info with anyone that might abuse it and get it shut down like random strangers on an internet forum...
