Summary of Supported Payments by Card Brand
https://support.plastiq.com/s/article/supported-payments-by-card-brand

Official word from Plastiq regarding Visa Business cards that was asked which was previously thought it applied to only Visa Personal cards
Plastiq is unable to support mortgage payments on any Visa credit cards. This is an industry-wide mandate that affects all third-party bill payment services. Please note that mortgage payments are also unsupported for credit cards issued by U.S. Bank or Capital One and AMEX.

Plastiq Fees:
Standard Plastiq card payment processing fee is 2.9%. This puts most of the credit cards out of the reward range. Plastiq turns itself into a niche position to earn new card bonus or status threshold. Some CCs may still work.
It makes most of the reward programs not profitable. Use Plastiq to meet welcome bonus spending requirement or to meet certain spend requirements to reach elite status or for large spend bonus. Also take advantage of Plastiq referrals and promotions.

Delivery Fees (The Plastiq Ch. 11 restructure now added some delivery fees):
ACH/EFT/Electronic $0.99
Paper Check $1.49
Wire Transfer: Domestic/International $8.99/$39

This is the thread for 2018 and forward. The previous discussion can be found here.
Updated Nov-2018: A lot of the personal Visa CCs can't be used at Plastiq. Some will be treated as cash advance and won't receive any rewards. Only Capital One personal Visa CCs are not affected. Business Visa CCs are still good. The best CCs are Mastercard and Discover. AmEx CCs can still be used, but not on many of the payment types. Chase personal Visa cards are limited to the cash advance limit (typically 20% of CL). The details are listed as below:

Plastiq Referrals:
Standard Referral: When you refer your friend to Plastiq, after your friend charges $500 or more, your friend will get $500 ($0?) FFDs (fee free dollar) and you'll receive $1,000 ($100) FFDs to spend.

All personal prepaid Gift Cards (GCs) are disallowed. Not sure what "business" gift card can be used.

I just ran one small payroll with Plastiq using CIP and only got 1x. Not sure if it's just me or if the 3x is no longer. ??

Why does amex not work for mortgage? Does the payment just gets declined by plastiq when trying to submit? or it'll error out? Is this the case with Visa too?

I just made my first payment using CIP to pay my HELOC. Payment went through and I still the charge on my CC. Wondering if this worked because they see HELOC different from a mortgage...? Hoping itll post as 3x....

My last transaction got 3X on CIP (Transaction date 5/3 post date 5/4). Just got an email from Plastiq that they are cancelling a transaction for a vacation rental that I had previously paid thru them "Plastiq is unable to support payments made for short-term rentals or for goods or services whose delivery or completion has not yet been confirmed." I don't see anything about short term rentals in their terms of service.

4/9 posted 4/10.
Upon further review, I'm thinking that it may be my card. I used the Ink Business Plus card but I've learned that perhaps it's the Ink Business Preferred that gets 3x. Is that correct??

Yes, and nobody knows why the Ink Business Preferred codes as 3x but not the Ink Cash, Ink Plus, or CSR...

I'd wager there are still outliers that do. I know one mortgager - Mr. Cooper - was coding 3X via CIP as of a couple months ago but Chase/Visa/Plastiq closed the loop on that one. I think there are a couple DPs of some smaller regional banks/CUs still flying under the radar. Few and far between, though...for sure.

Has anyone gotten different results using ACH payment form on plastiq?

I just received an email from Plastiq - no fee when paying up $500 using MasterPass.
Scheduling payments starting 5/15/2018 through 9/30/2018.
I tried and it works - it's actually UP TO $500 fee free, so if you have a payment in excess of $500, only the portion over $500 gets the standard fee charged.
Not sure if this is targeted - I didn't have to enter a promo code or anything - it just worked automatically.

I got it as well and scheduled a bunch of payments out to 9/30/2018.

Same and in the event anyone is curious, the fee resets as normal for payments scheduled for beyond 9/30/2018 even as part of a schedule.

Finding a way to use my CIP on plastiq and get 3X. I have moderate amounts and keep telling myself that the 3X makes it worth it. However, I'm looking into offsetting the fees - how are folks offsetting the fees assuming 3X is not included?

Is there a limit to the number of payments for this MasterPass promo? Is it ok to schedule one-time payments with different amounts over 10 straight days?

Even though my Citi DC has been in the drawer for a while, fee free payments on MC only makes it worth it.
