RoomiPay - No Fee Rent Payments? YMMV

Not much of a UI, just a form but the charge does come thru as the roomiapp.com site. Thoughts?

Lucrative (for the rest of us) but I can't bear to kill another young start-up with my bare hands again

It's interesting to monitor within the next few days if the charges on CCs stick and if this start up company is legit. If they're legit, maybe they didn't research well enough to know what happened to radpad.

Still live

Noticed this old RoomiPay thread. It's still alive - between 50 and 100 of the first payments each month are still fee-free, then a sliding, increasing scale after that.

One change being considered this month is making payments ACH only. You would still fund with credit cards and earn miles/points, but you'd have to have ACH info for your landlord. Would that affect wanting to use the service?
