I use it for miles for traveling.

I MS for wine purchases.

Medallion Qualification Miles. 👍🏻

Is MQM the best status out there? Do I need to add the Reserve Card with high annual fee? or can i get the lower one and add this to my MS rotation?

I like to fly Internationally in premium cabin, (with my total out-of-pocket cost LESS than economy).

The knowledge that a major commercial bank is really paying the fare difference is just Psychological "Icing on the cake" .

MQM is not a status.

MQM is stats-qualifying miles (with Delta), not status itself. And just because you can use MQM to help you earn status, I don't know know whether you can use just MS'd MQM to earn meaningful status. But even if so, it would only help if you live somewhere where Delta status would work for you. (Ironically, with many airlines, middle status may work better from a non-hub city than a hub city, because at a hub city you have too many competitors with even high status than you. Of course, that assumes that your purpose of pursuing status is upgrades, if it's lounge access on international economy flights, that may be different.)
