Can't use other gift cards to buy them, unless it's up to 5-6 other Simon GCs you're consolidating.
Don't go to multiple malls per day to get around the limit. You may get banned.
If your CC gets declined the first time, you will not be allowed to use it again that day. That's something I just found out that apparently has been a rule for a while. Make sure to season your brand new cards.

Make sure you can liquidate before buying thousands of VGCs and you have a back up plan.

What are the ways to liquidate them? Buying Walmart MO? Is it possible to use this GC with Venmo? I heard they have 0% fee for prepaid cards.

2.) Don't go to Money center though
3.) Go to the back, near the camping stuff
4.) Buy a lighter
5.) Take Simon gift card out
6.) Apply lighter to gift card (open flame part)
7.) Enjoy liquidated gift card

Simon cards can't be liquidated easily at Walmart. I have found this foolproof method, however. Venmo, IDK.
1.) Go to Walmart
2.) Don't go to Money center though
3.) Go to the back, near the camping stuff
4.) Buy a lighter
5.) Take Simon gift card out
6.) Apply lighter to gift card (open flame part)
7.) Enjoy liquidated gift card

How do you go about finding a store that will let you use them for MO? I'm in Austin TX and I asked my local HEB if they allow MO purchase with debit to which they said yes. Is there any other way to see if it works than to try it?

Bought 8 5Backs yesterday and had to fill out a "gift card order form" which included such fields as "purpose of gift card purchase"...is this common for transactions > $3k? First time i've had to sign anything.

For what it is worth....
1) Always do a since proof of concept test before jumping in with multiple cards.
2) Always have at least one other method to liquidate your cards.
3) Never hold more cards than you can financially carry for 30 days.
4) Smile at the driver if you ignore this advice and end up a bug on the windshield.
