When I try to open the website all I see is the below.

"This site can’t be reached

www.paypal-gifts.com refused to connect.

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

When I try to open the previous gift card confirmation emails for the "View Code", I see the same.

My wife tried from a different laptop and its the same issue. I tried from the work laptop, and its the same problem.

I went to ebay and looked for a Delta Gift card sold by Paypal digital Gifts.

I see the following message.

"This seller is currently away until Aug 31, 2016, and is not processing orders at this time. You can add this item to your watch list to purchase later."

I have recently bought couple of Delta Gift cards and when I tried to use it today, this website error is driving me nuts.

Not sure if its just happening to me or any one sle too.

I got an email saying that iTunes gift card is 15% off until the 31st so I hope they come back before then!

Trying it now, Chrome tells me its unsecure and when I proceed it seems to go straight to PayPal. Anyone else getting this or getting the site to work normally?

However, I was kinda freaking out yesterday when trying to access my 1k eBay gift cards via the email link and getting the same error as OP. Quite a cluster puck esp if they are down till 8/31 sheesh

I just thought a ton of people would be having problems besides me.
However with such a lukewarm response, I feel most buyers here are extra cautious by saving the gift card codes promptly rather than me who saves the stock email and use it only on demand
I wish we don't see any surprises on Sep 01.

It is down. You have to use httpS to try the redemption site, without the s just forwards to paypal's main site.

Going away and turning off your site is such poor form. I discovered the outage myself today because I wanted to use a couple gcs and like you I just save the emails. I'll be printing them all to pdf right away from now on.

I left negative feedback on my eBay order already and suggest everyone do the same so PayPal digital gifts gets the message.
