I stumbled onto this one from a contest site.
A new company called Rent Moola.
If you pay your rent, condo fees, or commercial rent with a miles earning debit card aka Suntrust, the fee is $3.99. For a credit card it is 2.75%
Payment can be made with visa or MC for Debit, Visa, MC or Discover for Credit.
There is a quick pay feature.
I don't pay rent, but this might be of use to some of you here!!

Always good to find new services, but it looks like onradpad is still king... they process debit cards for free.

they only work with "larger property managers" so unless your building/mgmt is in the system you cant use them.

Onradpad will network with whomever you specify as your payee. My landlord is a private entity not in their system and they just personalize the check to him.
