As of 9/18/21: WM loads are no longer free. WM will charge each load (no matter what the size) $3.74 in addition to the money being deposited into your Go Bank account.
GoBank fees and limits:
Cash deposits are limited to $2,500 per day and $3,000 per 30 days, subject to a maximum account balance of $50,000.
The monthly fee will accumulate if the account is dormant. You must call the phone number on the back to close the account.
5/29/19 - There may be a difference in which card gets free loads at WM. Getting the card online through GoBank.com sends out a Visa version. This card may not allow free loads at WM. Reports are that getting the card directly at WM will result in free loads. If anyone can confirm this, please do so.

binnycode (closed, re-opened) - 7x $200 loads + 1x $700 load + 3x $500 over 2 days got me shut down. Called CSR and they re-opened my account, letting me know that "direct deposit would reduce my number of trips to walmart" lol!
tarcapone (open) old version opened October 2014 still alive February 2016. Load $1k/week ($4-$5K per month) nearly every Monday morning. Bill pay out large chunks to Credit cards. You probably got this resolved already, but just in case, the problem has something to do with cookies on your machine. I had the same problem and used a different laptop to login with no problem. Went back and cleaned out the cookies and problem was resolved.

Maximum Load Change?
I used to be able to load $2K at WM by breaking it down to $600x3 and then $200. Then we had the change where we could only load up to $500 at a time at WM so I went to $400x5 (I'm using $200 VGC so I have to keep in mind the swipe count). to get to $2K which is the daily limit). Last weekend I went to my local WM and could only load a total of $1600 (400x4). I am not over the $3K revolving limit since I had not loaded anything in more than 30 days. This happened on both cards I was loading. Has anyone had a problem loading more than $1600 at a time recently. I don't know if this was a one-off or something that is new.

I don't think they 'hard code' going the monthly limit, which you obviously are not. I accidentally went over last month...

just confirming that the disappearing $ transaction lines is still happening when you do back-to-back loads
did the following load $200 x 2 cards twice (so total $800), on Tuesday last week
transaction showed up as pending as i have checked my GoBank account as I was exiting the store.
but now, one week later, the transactions completely disappeared from the ledger.
for you guys who experienced this - did the transactions ever showed up properly again as a line item?

The cash register generated an error saying the load was denied. I don't think it has to do with the amount of the loads, but perhaps the number of consecutive loads, though I'm not sure.

when I do b2b loads, I noticed that it doesn't show the correct balance on 2nd receipt but when I check on the app, both loads posts as pending. I push most of the balance to billpay which is then taken out of account next day. So far, the delivery to payees has been very reliable and posts the next day after funds are taken out of my account.

it’s possible there could have been a glitch yesterday as I had a bill payment that was declined and refunded in cash. It had been over a month since the last one so no issues there.

I push most of the balance to billpay which is then taken out of account next day. So far, the delivery to payees has been very reliable and posts the next day after funds are taken out of my account.
