Not as good as last year and also targeted....but better than nothing. Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $10 or more in-store at a qualifying small business on the Shop Small Map by 11/28/2015.

Got it on 6 of the 9 personal cards that I manage. On my business card side, got a $20 off $100 Small Business offer on 7 of the 9 business cards I manage.

I got 20/100. very limited. check 15 accts only one thus far

No luck on personals here.

Don't know if it means anything but I'm 1/25 across all cards. The one card I have it on is registered to my mom's address in California. All other cards are in Utah

Also, I've been seeing the "promotional materials" at all the local businesses I usually frequent!

Got it on 3 of the 7 personal cards that my wife and I manage, and got a $20 off $100 Small Business offer on 1 of 1 business cards. Zero for 7 on my Bluebirds, but seems their offers tend to appear a few days later and will check again.
