What is MS worth?

A multi part question:

What is MS Spend worth to you? is 1,2,3,4,5% per thousand too high? What about convenience? What is that worth? If you could almost insta MS (ala say the US Mint coin program from a few years back) would it be worth say 3% per thousand? If you could MS 5k in 5 minutes (or even 10k or 20k) without having to drive all over town would it be worth $150.00 (or 300 or 450) etc etc.

And yes, I have the germ of an idea forming.......

I did have an idea where with an up-front investment of $375 (and you could probably recoup part of that investment by selling the equipment), you could MS from the comfort of your own home. However, it only worked with AGC paying over 2.1%. Anything over 2.1%, and you would get excess cash + points/miles/cash from your card (minus any AGC fees).

Do you mean how much would I pay to MS $1000? .5% maybe, but only in a pinch. I want to make a profit to stay motivated.

I'm very curious about your plan. Merchant account?

Good luck with a merchant account. That'd generate taxable income for your 'business'.

With the thin margins of MSing, I have no interest in anything above 1% cost of MS.

Until I knew the details and implications, I could not suggest what it would be worth to me.
