quick q - I thought I read somewhere earlier that they stopped showing "mailed" status. Is that true? My checks are still in "processed" status from 8/14.

what proof does plastique request when you want to send money to somebody? I have a verbal lease and radpad turned me down because I don't have documentation.

Apparently sometimes even if the check is cashed it won't show up on the plastiq dashboard. Weird.

Chase informed to be blocking this merchant code therefore none of Chase mastercard or visa work for payment through Plastiq

Are people able to use their business spg and amex plat cards with plastiq still? Are they getting the points as well or is it like serve where it counts towards initial spend but no points? I'm looking to pay my rent with my cards to make the signup offers.

After they screwed up last month, I decided to give them another go. They sat on my payment request for a week asking for my mortgage agreement stating that it might be a credit card. You know, a credit card with 10 digits. This place is a complete joke.

Number of payment options with Plastiq is reducing day by day.
1) Any card issued by Chase is a No Go due to Plastiq merchant code blocked by Chase. I spent one hour with Chase Fraud department supervisor who tried to help me go through the transaction but finally admitted that there is nothing that could be done to get it through.
2) All Visa cards are now flagged as Cash advance transactions. This includes Bank of America, US bank and other major issuers
3) Discover is not accepted anyway from the beginning.

AmEx has worked for me however. They have a weird system. Sometimes it doesn't update from processed to mailed. I've never seen an update from mailed to cashed.
Their customer service doesn't seem to have any plans to fix things. They seem to think I got emails for these updates but I didn't. Also it was a huge deal to get confirmation that my money had reached its destination. Took 3 business days for them to look at my email and then I got a we are looking into it email.
