How do I liquidate Vanilla Visas ?

Can you use these Vanilla $200 cards to buy a money order at Wal Mart since you cannot load them to BB?

No, WM's software upgrade disallows Vanillas for loads and buying MOs $50 and up, since last quarter of 2014.

The manager at my local store told me a police officer needs to be present for any purchase over $200. I told her to go ahead and call them. Ultimately she said she called the LP manager at home (on Easter) and he would not allow the purchase.
