Sure it matters. Maybe they aren't closing all cards.

Yeah ok...you can go ahead and continue to believe that if you wish. All I am saying is don't be shocked if you can't load past 10/24 or try to unload the cards beyond 12/31. Its not just 1 person getting the shutdown letters. There are many data points to support this of which they aren't just regional specific letters.

With NW cards there is limit on withdrawal $200 per day. Is there any per week limit of MO? or loading it to the serve?

Your question is answered by the Wiki: "Max spend per rolling 7 days: $800"

Is loading to serve, issuing MO considered as spend? I'm not sure if any debit is considered as spend?

jump over serve thread and re read wiki and see if it make sense to you again.

"Serve ONLY accepts debit load that tied to your REAL checking account", which is MW evidently not even it says debit on it

Have been slowly adding NW Buxx cards over the past few months. I now have 3 parent accounts with 5 total teens at one address. Tried adding Teen #2 for parent #3 and get an error saying "Cannot issue any additional cards for the last address". Is 5 the max number of teens one household can have? Certainly seems like a logical number but us FTers would of course like to have a whole lot more teens =).

Is this a known NW limit or something new?

5 per parent per address. Just go get a PO Box or something

I tried to load my USbuxx card and a transaction was rejected. I did check a Wiki about limits:

-----
•Max load per rolling 30 days: $2,000 per card, but $5k per CC (if you have multiple teen cards.)
•Max load per rolling 7 days: $2,000 per CC including fees.
-------

I have 1 CC on file (cannot add another one - added/deleted too many times) and 2 teens a total. Here is a history of loading (including fees):
09/23/2015 $520
09/14/2015 $450
09/14/2015 $520
09/14/2015 $450
09/14/2015 $520
09/11/2015 $520
09/11/2015 $520

Total $3500 in 30 days. There is one load left (for $517.50) for one of my cards, but a load doesn't go through. I don't see that this a fraud alert. Any idea what is wrong?

The limit isn't 5 per parent. It's 5 per address. The error message gave the exact reason for failure.

So here's a hypothetical. Let's say someone wants to ramp up to 2 parent accounts with 3 teens per parent account. That's a total of 6 accounts. This exceeds the limit of 5 per address.

Parent #1 uses the home address, and the same home address for all teen accounts.

Should parent #2 use an alternate address when establishing their account? Or can parent #2 use the usual home address for the first 2 teen accounts and then an alternate address for the final teen account?

In other words, what I'm not sure about is whether a teen can have a different address than the parent. Seems like that should be possible. In the real world, some teens have moved out of the home (to a boarding school or college, for example).

Well the wiki doesn't make it clear that the $800 max spending is inclusive of the $200 atm withdrawal. This is from my experience. I withdrew $200 atm and was only able to spend max $600 until the reset.
