Churnable to get repeated 5x rewards?

Not possible
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/22871522-post710.html

How to pay down CL quickly?
Use WF account to pay

Likely to get shut down if...?
- Cycling several times through your CL
- Cause a negative balance
- Have a really high balance
- Calling in and getting caught by human eyes on bestiality activities.

To check what your 5X/5% window is:
In your account summary page on WF website, go into the CC, and click "show my rewards" on the left side, then click "Visit Wells Fargo Rewards"
From there go to "Earn Rewards" on the top and click "My Offers" and go into the "Promotional Offers-Usage" tab.

To check which transactions get 5X/5% before your statement posts
To check if new transactions are eligible, go to "My Rewards" on the top, click "Activity", and set the start/end dates. You should see a "bonus earning" 4% for anything that's eligible.

What to do when transaction not going through due to FA?
Human @ fraud prevention line is 877-575-0462 (to verify charges if locked out) (Update 3-3-15 - Phone number no longer in service per this post)

This is from my rewards account. The purchase was on 1/16, it posted on the 19th. (And yes, I'm new. I've been doing some odd amounts kind of testing the waters first.)
Good to know! I take it from the above that odd amounts under $500 have a chance for 5X. Perhaps the trigger amount is fuzzy and also depends on the individual pattern of purchases.

That is very interesting. I wonder what is going here.
I have figured out what happened and why I was receiving 0 as a bonus. It turns out the end of my 6 months happened sooner than I expected. Turns out it was 4 days short of the actual 6 months. The 6 months also started before I received the card. Sorry for the confusion and ignore my previous post.

I'm pretty sure that any amounts will get the 5x. This is my first month with the card so I didn't want to just sign up and start charging $5k+ at grocery stores. I currently work at a grocery store, so I put a lot of regular spend on there as well. Any time I get lunch or even a soda, it goes on this card. I'll be increasing the GC purchases, but wanted to test things slowly and see what works and avoid any major red flags.

HAHA...yeah those details make a huge difference. Well glad you figured it out. So I guess the 6 months begin as soon as WF ship out the CC which kinda sucks if you want to get the last few $K in.

Just checked mine since it got me curious. I applied for the card on 12/29, instant approval. It shows my "Date Eligible" as 12/31/14 (before I even got the card), and the "Offer End Date" as 6/29/15. So I guess it does start right away.

Go to the rewards site. Under "Earn Rewards," click "My Offers." Click the "Promotional Offers - Usage" tab.

The clock for benefits & spend requirements usually starts ticking from the approval date (which can be either same or different from the application date).

Whats everyones preferred method of cashing out? My logic tells me to get the cash out of WF asap. A check seems like the best idea, any real time delivery info?

It's a faulty logic, because you can't outrun the bank. They've got you by the balls (or more accurately by your cc and checking accounts with them).
Just like with a bear or a pack of wolves, face the predator and retreat slowly or play dead.

I transfered into my wf checking account and then paid the cc with it.

I paid my CC from serve, but the fund was not available right away. WF says they will hold the fund for 15 days before they bump the credit line. WTH?
