I'm going to say "rates starting at 1.39%" means that rewards cards are going to be subject to higher rates that would make this unattractive.

You need to swipe at least 4 times per card. Taking your whore to the money center to billpay will definitely bring a suspicious activity report. Kate will find out, and the worst thing will happen-you will get bluebirds.
