Anyone tried the payanywhere reader yet?

Just went to their website and found out they charge 1.69% + 12.95 mo fee.

I think it will be good for liquidate AGCs.

3000*(0.015-0.0169+0.022)=60.3-3.95 fee, 8.95 shipping and 12.95 mo fee. You still up by $34.45. Not bad I think.

or the staple 200 GC Ink route give you around 200*(0.06-0.0169)-6.95. ~$1.67 per card. If you do it on a large amount then you can probably offset the monthly fee.

Do you know what differentiates a "business swipe" and a "usual swipe"? I cannot seem to find the answer online.

I assume this will be like Square and it wouldn't be long before they cut you off, but everything's worth a shot!

Probably the different account you open with them. Seems like they have storefront and mobile account.
And mobile is free of monthly fee.

All swiped American Express transactions and all Visa, MasterCard, and Discover transactions with the exception of commercial and rewards cards will settle at 1.69%. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover commercial and rewards cards will settle at 2.69%. Keyed transactions will settle at 3.69% + $0.19.

Love how in their photo they show a AMEX gift card being swiped.

Amazon Review
Just saw their review of the mobile swipe, looks pretty bad, not sure about the storefront.

I think the most important information here is how they will report this for tax purposes. I tried asking them, but no response yet.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR MS.

I got it when they had the $10 target promo and the first 2k fee free, thinking it would be a free and easy way to get 2k point, WRONG! My account got locked overnight and it took ~4 wks to get my money back from them. Their CS is a joke too, I always ended up talking to the same 2 people, and neither of them really had a clue what they were doing.
