Seems viable but localized, from the online ordering screen:
does not support card sales in the following state(s): AK, AS, AZ, AA, AP, AE, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FM, FL, GU, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MH, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, MP, OH, OK, OR, PW, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VT, VI, WA, WV, WI, WY. |

Isn't this just another (but more limited) Buxx? Only a handful of southeast states, very low limits, and unavoidable fees.
Doesn't look terribly promising unless you have no other options. |

I ordered using Barclays Arrival. Will update when the transaction posts.
I ordered a card in for my spouse with a date of birth not equal to a teenager. Hope they don't reject that. |
This is a BUXX card.
MONTHLY FEE: A $3.00 Fee will be deducted from the available Fast Funds Card balance each month. If the balance on the Card is less than the fee amount, the account balance will be negative and the insufficient amount will be collected from the next Load amount. If the balance remains negative for 60 days, the account will be closed permanently. |
