i agree that the thread should be deleted...i spent a lot of time before i discovered this...i can confirm that the particular card run on the mastercard network thats why it can be loaded as debit with kate...

Close. You have to use the ATM, but only the one that's attached to the building. Children's Place is similar, but lower denominations.
