That website looks just like Citizens Bank's. Are they the same company? Citizens Bank has the same card with the same terms too.

this is nothing new. Been going on for over a year. A few lucky folks like me got targeted offers for 10% last spring. Those were a very busy 3 months for me.

Something coded as restaurant should start selling our instruments rather quickly. Real opportunity for them.

Can't remember all the details, but this card has a maximum pay out per month. You *eventually* will get all the money you earned in the 90 day period, but the payout can take years, depending how successful you were!

If it's like citizens the points expire after like 3 years so technically you could only get 36 months x 300$= 10,800 max payout

They give you laughable ($500-1000) credit lines. Charter One and Citizens are the worst CCs I ever had.
|
For those with small credit lines, has anyone tried overpaying so that you have a negative balance? You can do this with some issuers to make larger purchases.

Few problems:
1. If you don't have a retaliation ship with the bank - they have very stringent requirements. I had a 785 score, yet was turned down on an app because I have two many cards open and too much credit available - even though my utiliz was low. 2. They generally give new applicants very low CLs ($500-$1000). Especially if you don,t have a relationship with the bank. 3. they throttle MSers. After a few weeks of moderate MS use, it takes 10 days for a payment to clear and get back the CL. So I was only able to turn over the CL 3 times per month after they throttled me. |
